Kelly & Brad | Winona, MN wedding

What could be better than marrying the person you love?

Marrying the person you love surrounded your family & closest friends!

After a short time of being at Kelly & Brad’s wedding, I could tell that there was no shortage of love to go around. It seemed that everyone was smiling. Perhaps the nice weather had something to do with it. After spending most of the day with everyone, I could tell everyone had a common bond, not only with Kelly & Brad, but with each other. Whether they were family or friends, young or old, everyone at the wedding just had great time throughout the day.

Speaking of smiles, Brad was definitely smiling once he saw Kelly for the first time…

St. Stan’s Church has such beautiful architecture which makes for a beautiful backdrop…

Awaiting outside was the transportation for the bridal party – two firetrucks, complete with bells & whistles!

After the family & wedding portraits, everyone headed downstairs as guests were starting to arrive. Kelly had one last smile for Brad before he left to go take his place upstairs…

The bouquet was similar to the weather – nice & bright…

No matter where you are in St. Stan’s Church, there’s a beautiful view…

…depending on how old you are, you may not care what the view looks like at a wedding… ; )

I like the similarities as well as the differences between these next two photos…

After the ceremony, the wedding party jumped on the firetrucks as we headed to downtown Winona…

No better way to celebrate your wedding than with your friends…

We had to get a shot of the wedding party with the bride & groom by the firetruck. We even had help to stop traffic… ; )

After a stop by Lake Winona under Sugar Loaf for some more photos, it was time to go to the wedding reception. Kelly was going to arrive in style…

They had plenty of stories during the speeches by Kelly’s sisters and Brad’s brothers, which resulted in more smiles from everyone…

After a photo slideshow, the wedding dance was to begin. There’s always so many beautiful little moments during a bride & groom’s first wedding dance. It’s a great feeling for me to capture these moments for my clients…

The smiles continued as there was a little musical surprise for Kelly’s father during their father/daughter dance…

Soon after, nearly half the guests crowded the dancefloor and proceeded to dance the night away….

It truly was a beautiful wedding, on a beautiful day, with many beautiful smiling faces. Again, congrats to you both, Kelly & Brad! May you keep smiling for years to come…
