Ashley & Jesse | Albert Lea, MN wedding

Ashley & Jesse covered some distance before getting married. They came from Wyoming to have their wedding in Ashley’s hometown of Albert Lea, Minnesota. Jesse also served in the Iraq War while Ashley planned the wedding from long distance, so you know they have a strong bond of love.

Now on to some photos!

We started out with Ashley getting ready. She had a one-of-a-kind handmade wedding dress…

Someday she’ll be a bride…

Some of the decor at the church…

Since the weather was beautiful outside, we decided to use it to our advantage and set up their “first sight” outside…

Even during the gentle moments, you could see the love between them…

One happy bride…

We then headed inside for the formal portraits and the ceremony wasn’t too far after. Once the ceremony was finished, Ashley & Jesse walked down the aisle to the song “Jessie’s Girl”, which put a smile on each of their faces…

Jesse’s truck was decorated nicely…

We headed to a downtown park for some more photos and the flower girls waited by the lakeshore during some of the portraits…

One of the groomsmen checking out Jesse’s ring, which was probably shining as brightly as the sun was…

Afterwards, the wedding party headed to the reception hall and Ashley had an important stop to make. Her father had passed years ago. It was a very moving moment…

As we arrived at the reception, the tables were decorated nicely. Even had some treats for the guests…

After dinner, they made it official by finishing up the paperwork…

Soon after, they danced their first dance as husband & wife…

… and proceeded to dance the night away with their friends & family.

It was a pleasure meeting & working with you both! I wish you many more smiling moments and a happy future together. Congrats again, Ashley & Jesse!!
